国际经济活动方式的选择理论国际经济活动方式的选择理论国际经济活动方式的选择理论关于国际企业决策者如何在出口贸易、对外直接投资或技术转让这三种为国外市场服务的方式上进行选择的理论。又称“通路选择理论”。该理论侧重研究国际企业从事跨国经营活动的最优方式和决定条件，就利用外部市场或内部转移优势的利弊得失进行评估和权衡，了解选择某一种对外活动方式对其他对外经济活动可能产生的影响，为国际公司制定对外经济活动的总体战略提供决策依据。在这方面比较著名的理论研究者有:J.H.邓宁以国际生产折衷理论为基础提出的矩阵选择模型。他以矩阵图示概括总结了每一种参与国际经济活动方式的决定条件以及各种活动方式优先利用的次序。认为，一国企业选择何种方式向海外市场提供服务，主要取决于该国拥有的各种优势的组合。但无论选择出口贸易、对外直接投资或技术转让，都必须具备资产所有权优势，这是从事一切国际经济活动所共同要求的必要条件。技术转让只要拥有所有权优势这一项即可，从事出口贸易还需拥有另一项内部化优势，而从事对外直接投资则需内部化和区位两项优势作为充分条件方可。5.贺希提出的最优选择方式的成本—收益分析。假设有国内生产的正常成本C，国外生产的正常成本C‘.包括保险费、运费和关税在内的出口销售成本M‘，为了解东道国的文化、政治、经济环境等信息而附加的国外生产和经营成本A‘，厂商因技术授权而可能造成技术外溢、知识资产丧失的风险成本D‘。再假定其他条件不变，企业能充分了解各项成本，则其通路的选择如下:当C+M’
