磷脂酰肌醇分子式:CAS号:性质:又称肌醇磷脂,肌醇磷酸脂,一磷酸肌醇磷脂。属于磷脂中的磷酸甘油酯,是一类化合物的总称。它除了分子中有不同的R1和R2脂肪酸外,还有二磷酸肌醇磷脂和三磷酸肌醇磷脂。在自然界中常与别的磷脂类(如脑磷脂)混在一起,主要富含在脑、肝、心、大豆中,脑中更多的是二磷酸肌醇磷脂和三磷酸肌醇磷脂。通常可从上述组织或植物种子中提取。产品为白色无定形固体。还有其铵盐、钠盐和钡盐等产品,平常宜避光低温保存。磷脂酰肌醇在酶(Ec2.7.1.67,)和(Ec2.7、1.68.)催化下相继产生二磷酸肌醇磷脂和三磷酸肌醇磷脂,反应中磷酸基由ATP供给。其中三磷酸肌醇磷脂主要分布于外周神经及脑组织中,在信息传递中是关键物质之一。
