古建筑油饰彩画维修技术中国古建筑上的油饰彩画，原是为保护木构件产生的，后来变成一种装饰艺术。油饰彩画维修技术一般包括地仗维修、油饰维修和彩画维修。地仗维修 14世纪以前，多数木构件上的油饰彩画没有地仗。以后方在木构件上先做地仗，然后绘画。地仗因年久表层碎裂的，可重新刷油浆、细灰加固，或用聚醋酸乙烯乳液灌入缝内，再抹细灰盖缝。遇有灰麻地仗空鼓开裂时，按原做法挖补，或钻孔灌入高分子材料加固，开裂边缘加钉小钉。地仗大部分残裂时，可全部铲除，再按原做法重新制作。油饰维修 一般情况下，需先将残毁油皮全部刮去，重做地仗。干后用桐油与颜料调配原色，重新油饰，先刷色油，最后罩青油。不需亮光部位，干后用青粉擦拭退光。施工中遇风雨天气应搭遮护棚，以防灰尘污染。彩画维修 根据残毁情况分别处理。原有彩画地仗剥落、退色、变色的，可重新按原规制绘画。经过记录、描稿、做谱子等准备工作，等地仗干后，再进行过稿、描线、填色，遇有沥粉贴金时，描线后先做沥粉、填色，然后在沥粉线上贴金、罩油。如旧彩画地仗平整无损，只是年久退色晦暗不清，可在旧彩画上按原色重新刷色。年代较早的古建筑，原有彩画已无存，原状无充分科学依据的，通常采用"断白作旧"的方法：一种是在新旧木构件上通刷土红油2～3道；一种是"多色断白"，自连檐以下直到柱子、门窗，为求近似原状，连檐、柱子、门窗可刷暗红土油，额枋、檩、椽、斗栱等可刷灰绿色或灰蓝色。各种色油干后都用青粉擦拭退光。重新绘制的彩画，应与古建筑的时代相协调，适当做旧。简易的做法，可在调色时掺以适量的墨烟色。精细的做法，可完全依照旧构件的陈旧面貌进行复制。为防止彩画退色、变色，可采取表面封护，常用的方法有以下几种：①胶矾水封护。胶矾重量比为1∶2，胶与矾分别溶于水中后再混合，浓度为2～5％。②桐油封护。俗称罩油，在彩画上罩光油一遍。此法虽使整个彩画变暗，略带光泽，但保持时间久。20世纪50年代施工的北京护国寺金刚殿上的彩画，30多年后仍较完整就是其中的一例。③高分子材料封护。用2～5％聚乙烯醇水溶液进行封护，喷涂2～3遍，浓度由稀到浓，或用丙烯酸乳液加两倍清水喷涂2～3遍。
