各县（市、区）、嘉兴经济技术开发区（国际商务区）、嘉兴港区疫情防控工作领导小组办公室：
为进一步加强境外疫情输入防控工作，帮助来嘉外籍人员做好国际健康码登录、申请和服务管理工作，现就有关事项通知如下：
01
做好信息登记和分类服务工作。
外籍人员（含受控进入集中或居家医学观察、自行到达）到嘉以后，属地要指定社区干部或网格员等责任人第一时间做好分类服务，第一时间登记、录入、核实有关信息，确保全量录入疫情防控系统、全员纳入网格化管理。

做好国际版健康码申请服务工作。
外籍人员集中或居家医学观察期间，属地要指定专人指导外国人登录、申请国际版健康码，每日跟踪询问其健康状况，帮助其连续申报健康打卡，并做好服务保障工作。隔离期解除或申报健康打卡正常期满后，要及时帮助其申请健康绿码。

全省实行健康绿码互认互通。
持有国际版健康绿码的外国人，各地都要予以通行。

您的智能手机“APP Store”搜索栏中输入“zheliban”，选择“‘浙里办’APP”，下载并打开;

找到并打开“浙江健康码专区”（Health Code）；

找到并打开“国际版健康码”(Zhejiang International Health Code)

按照提示从上至下填写
1.“旅行目的地”——选择（Jiaxing City）；
2.“电话号码”——选择您使用的手机号码所属国家的代码，例如中国就是+86，然后输入本人手机号码；
3.获取验证码并输入；
4.登录。

1.姓名
2.护照号码
3.健康状态
4.特此证明

选择“提交”，即可获取您的专属健康码。

Procedures for Foreign Nationals Applying for
International Health Code
Step 1
Input “Zheliban” at the search bar of “App Store”, download and open the app “浙里办” (Zheliban).
Step 2
Find “Health Code” and tap it.
Step 3
Find and tap “Zhejiang International Health Code”.
Step 4
Input information top down according to the tips.
1. Choose your travel destination—Jiaxing
2. Input your phone number after choosing your country code. For China, it’s +86.
3. Get verification code and input it.
4. Login

Input information top down according to the tips.
1. Full name
2. Passport number
3. Health condition
4. I hereby certify
Step 6
Tap “submit” and you will get your international health code.
