广州的双彩虹，你被刷屏了吗？
大家都知道广州是“花城”，一年四季都可以看到不同种类盛开的鲜花，是这座城市一道亮丽的色彩。
Guangzhou is known as the City of Flowers for the fact that blooming flowers of all kinds and varieties can be seen throughout all seasons around the city, bringing a splash of color to the urban concrete jungle.
但就在昨天，有样东西，刷了大家的屏，那就是难得一见的：双彩虹！
However, recently, another colorful addition to the city stole the spotlight, flooding local people’s social media feeds: a double rainbow.

昨天下班的路上，大雨过后，相信很多人都被这幅景象美呆了。
On June 17, as the city’s white-collar workers were heading home from a long day of work, they were treated to an aerial spectacle after a period of rain drenched the city.
在经历了数月的居家隔离、戴口罩、体温检测之后，人们紧绷的精神压力似乎也找到了一刻舒缓。
It came as a much-needed pick-me-up to the people of Guangzhou, after months of quarantine, mask-wearing, temperature checks, and the emotional stress that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to the city’s residents.
在朋友圈和微博上，看到很多网友留言，说看见了双彩虹的他们许愿，希望新冠肺炎疫情可以尽快结束。
Many residents expressed on social media that they were making wishes upon seeing the rainbow. The most common wish was that the COVID-19 pandemic could come to an end as soon as possible.
很多朋友也会问，还会有双彩虹吗？根据天气预报，如果幸运，在未来几天我们会看到更多的彩虹出现，未来几天高温和暴雨还会持续。
Many are now asking the question: was this a once-off, or will we be treated to more double rainbows in the future? According to weather predictions, if we are lucky, we could see more rainbows over the coming days in the city, with high temperatures and rainstorms to linger for the foreseeable future.
