中国海事仲裁委员会中国海事仲裁委员会China maritime arbitration commissionzhongguo hajshj zhongeaj Vveiyuanhuj中国海事仲裁委员会(China~time的itlationc~ssion)根据1 958年11月21日《中华人民共和国国务院关于在中国国际贸易促进委员会内设立海事仲裁委员会的决定》，于1959年1月22日在北京成立的常设海事仲裁机构。设立时名为中国国际贸易促进委员会海事仲裁委员会，后根据国务院1988年6月21日《关于将海事仲裁委员会改名为中国海事仲裁委员会和修订仲裁规则的批复》，改名为中国海事仲裁委员会。中国海事仲裁委员会是附设在社会团体中国国际贸易促进委员会(中国国际商会)内的民间常设海事仲裁机构，以仲裁的方式，独立公正地解决国内外的海事争议。根据《中国海事仲裁委员会章程》的规定，中国海事仲裁委员会的组织机构分为委员会议、主席会议、专家咨询小组、案例编辑委员会、仲裁员条例审查委员会和秘书处六个机构。中国海事仲裁委员会的日常事务工作由秘书处在秘书长的主持下进行。根据1卯5年10月l日起施行的新的《中国海事仲裁委员会仲裁规则》，中国海事仲裁委员会受理产生于远洋、沿海和与海相通的水域的运输、生产和航行过程中的契约性和非契约性的海事争议，包括1982年9月2日国务院通知中将海事仲裁委员会的受案范围扩大到双方当事人协议要求仲裁的其他海事案件。中国海事仲裁委员会制定有《救助契约标准格式》和《碰撞仲裁协议标准格式》，出版了两册裁决和调解书选编。中国海事仲裁委员会于1978年与日本海运集会所海事仲裁委员会签订了关于采用仲裁方式解决中日海运争议的议定书;l 981年与意大利仲裁协会签订了仲裁合作协议。中国海事仲裁委员会30多年来审理了大量的海事案件，其裁决的公正性得到国内外的公认和肯定。(高菲)
