股利政策股份公司制定的税后净利的分配原则。公司通过权衡与股东之间的利益关系，兼顾当前经营与长远发展需要而确定的股利分配政策。公司股利政策的主要类型有：①定额股利政策。公司董事会估计无激烈变化足以影响股利的分配时，可采取按定额股利率定期发付股利的政策。②稳定微升或梯级上升的股利政策。即股利额逐步低速上升，即使当年利润减少，股利并不减少；当年利润增加时，也不发放过多。③定额股利与额外股利相结合的政策。即除按期发付定额股利外，并根据盈利情况再加发额外股利。④不规则股利政策。公司发付的股利既不定期，其股利率也不固定，股利如何发放以及发放多少，取决于公司的经济状况和盈利多寡。⑤剩余股利政策。即先考虑公司投资的需要，如有剩余则发放股利，没有剩余就不发放股利。在此情况下，若公司业务发展快,经营状况好,股东领取股利虽然很少，但可望股票升值而获得补偿和收益。⑥股票代股利政策。即用公司的新股票代替现金发放股利。此种方式实际上是直接增加公司资本，有利于防止公司资金外流。⑦无股利政策。即长期不付股利的政策。有些公司发展迅速,为了避免向外界筹措资金,在征得股东同意后可不付股利，而把全部盈利用于再投资。此时股东虽得不到股利，但股票的升值会使股东获益更多。股利的分配属公司内部的事务。董事会可全权处理。但因牵涉面广,决定股利政策时常受诸多因素的约束,如会计方法的可靠性，法令对股利和盈利的规定，公司的财务政策及财务状况，传统的股利政策，运用股利要达到的特定目的等。
