AZS熔铸砖分子式:CAS号:性质:又称电熔锆刚玉砖或AZS熔铸砖,俗称白铁砖。主要由斜锆石和刚玉组成的熔铸耐火材料。属ZrO2-Al2O3-SiO2三元系统熔铸砖(AZS分别代表Al2O3、ZrO2和SiO2),含Al2O340%~50%,ZrO230%~50%,SiO210%~17%。矿物组成主要为刚玉斜锆石共晶体,其次还有少量斜锆石、铡玉及玻璃相。熔铸锆刚玉砖的体积密度为3.4~3.9g/cm3,结构很致密,耐玻璃熔液侵蚀性强,且对玻璃不着色,荷重软化开始温度在1700℃以上,耐压强度为400~500MPa。以锆英石(或工业氧化锆)和工业氧化铝为主要原料配成混合料,经电炉熔化、浇涛、退火、加工而制成。是玻璃熔窑关键部位的主要筑炉材料。
