AZS熔铸砖分子式：CAS号：性质：又称电熔锆刚玉砖或AZS熔铸砖，俗称白铁砖。主要由斜锆石和刚玉组成的熔铸耐火材料。属ZrO2-Al2O3-SiO2三元系统熔铸砖（AZS分别代表Al2O3、ZrO2和SiO2），含Al2O340%～50%，ZrO230%～50%，SiO210%～17%。矿物组成主要为刚玉斜锆石共晶体，其次还有少量斜锆石、铡玉及玻璃相。熔铸锆刚玉砖的体积密度为3.4～3.9g/cm3，结构很致密，耐玻璃熔液侵蚀性强，且对玻璃不着色，荷重软化开始温度在1700℃以上，耐压强度为400～500MPa。以锆英石（或工业氧化锆）和工业氧化铝为主要原料配成混合料，经电炉熔化、浇涛、退火、加工而制成。是玻璃熔窑关键部位的主要筑炉材料。
