断流围堰导流断流围堰导流river closure diversion;complete diversion的工程,一般均应按全年基坑断流方式设计。全年断流方式有主体工程能够全面施工,施工程序连贯,生产效率高,施工管理方便等优点。但对于大流量的河道.如采用这种导流方式,其导流建筑物特别是导流泄水建筑物规模较大,导流费用高.导流工程自身的施工工期长,施工难度较大。黄河龙羊峡水电站施工导流布置图枯水期墓坑断流方式其导流建筑物按枯水时段设计洪水频率的导流流量及相应水位设计。围堰保护主体工程在枯水期内全面施工。这种导流方式的特点是导流工程规模小、费用低等,但主体工程施工条件较差,基坑交通及机械布置等受洪水影响,造成工期紧张,施工强度加大。枯水期基坑围堰的结构可设计为过水与不过水两种型式。过水围堰(见围堪)多用于枯水期流量与洪水期流量的比值(枯洪比)悬殊的河道.且主体工程一个枯水期又不能抢筑出脱险水位的情况。堰体设计为施工期间允许过水而不被破坏的结构。过堰水流需通过主体工程中设置的底孔、涵洞(管)、坝体缺口或梳齿等泄水通道下泄。主体工程不过水部位汛期仍可继续施工。汛后水位下落,围堰能再度挡水.基坑经排水、清污后恢复全面施工。采用不过水围堰,要求主体工程在一个枯水期内抢修至一定挡水高度,汛期围堰过水被冲毁后,由主体工程挡水不再依靠围堰.否则只有汛后再重修围堰。dLJonl}u we一yorl dooJ一u断流围堰导流(river elosure diversion;eomPlete diversion)在河道上修建水工建筑物时,用临时挡水建筑物横河拦断水流,迫使河水改道下泄的施工导流方式。一般是在拟建的主体工程上游及下游,各设置一道横跨河床的围堰拦断水流,利用围出的与水流隔绝的封闭河段,作为施工场地,通称基坑。河水通过基坑外预先建成的隧洞、明渠或基坑内的涵洞(管)等导流泄水建筑物下泄。导流工程一般要求导流泄水建筑物先具备运用条件,河床才能截流、围堰才能闭气加高(见截流),然后排除基坑积水,为主体工程创造出干地施工条件。这种导流方式多适用于窄河床,或主体建筑物要求整体平起施工的工程,例如土坝、拱坝等。中国黄河上游龙羊峡水电站为混凝土重力拱坝,坐落于窄深峡谷中,采取断流围堰配合右岸隧洞导流的方式,见图。断流围堰导流方式有全年基坑断流及枯水期基坑断流两种方式。全年墓坑断流方式其导流建筑物按全年设计洪水频率的导流流量及相应水位设计。主体工程在围堰的保护下进行全年连续施工,直至建成。采用这种导流方式要预计发生超标准洪水时工程的损失并安排好防洪应急措施。对于土坝等不允许施工期间坝体过水的工程及拱坝等要求整体平起施工、坝体结构整体挡水
