高炉泡沫渣高炉泡沫渣the foaming slag of blast furnace一定值后会有大量气体以气泡形式分散于渣中使炉渣的体积膨胀‘这种炉渣即为泡沫渣,它是特殊矿冶炼高炉造渣的一个重要问题。泡沫渣的产生将造成高炉生产过程渣铁出不尽,料柱透气性恶化,风口易挂渣,给高炉炉况顺行和强化带来困难。当炉渣进入渣罐后由于其体积膨大使渣罐利用率降低,甚至从渣罐上部溢出,造成事故。泡沫渣的形成有两个条件,一是有大量的分散气体生成,二是炉渣性能使分散气体稳定存在,从而使渣中气体量不断增加。在钒铁磁铁矿的高炉冶炼中,高炉下部有较多的Feo、TIO:等氧化物从渣中还原,从而产生大量CO气体。同时,高钦型高炉渣表面吸附,富集的活性物质比普通渣高得多。表面活性物.的存在使液膜的表面私度比体积豁度高,从而阻碍了排气速度,延长了泡沫的寿命。表面活性物的存在又使炉渣表面张力大大下降,造成渣内分散气泡合并上浮困难,使气泡更稳定,从而形成泡沫渣。解决泡沫渣间题的办法是采用一切手段提高渣中“氧势”,抑制TIOZ还原,减少Ti(C、N)等胶质微粒的生成,也即减少表面吸附的活性物质量,从而阻止泡沫形成。goolu Paomozha高炉泡沫渣(the foaming、lag。f blast fur-nace)高炉冶炼钒钦磁铁矿时,炉渣中Tio。高达
