包膜肥料包膜肥料coated fertilizer包膜肥料(eoated ferti一izer)在肥料颗粒表面涂包其它物质制成的一类缓释肥料.亦称薄膜肥料。速效氮肥经包膜处理后即可成为缓释氮肥.用于作成膜物质的有天然产品和人工合成的多聚体,如聚氨基甲酸乙酷、聚乙烯、石蜡、油脂、沥青和硫磺等。它们成膜后具有减少肥料与外界的直接接触、控制水溶性肥料粒子中养分的释放速率、改善肥料理化性能等作用。施用包膜肥料的好处有: ①减轻氮钾养分的淋失、氮的挥发和脱氮,减少磷的固定;②防止或减轻因肥料用量过高而产生的浓度障碍;③养分利用率高,肥效持续时间长,可以减少用肥量和施肥次 数。按成膜物质的透性,可将包膜分为三种 类型:①半渗透性膜。水分通过扩散方式可 进入膜内,并溶解水溶性养分,随后因膜内 渗透压升高而促使养分通过包膜向土壤溶液扩散,②有孔非透性膜.包膜有一定规格的小孔,水溶性养料通过小孔缓慢地向外释放;③无孔固体非渗透膜。此类成膜物质系由可为土壤微生物降解的物质组成。在包膜逐步分解时,使肥料中的水溶性养分随之缓慢地释放到土壤中。此外,有些包膜不仅仅是一种养料释放的屏障,其本身尚含有植物所需要的一种或多种营养元素。包膜应薄而均匀,过厚不但会降低肥料中养分的比例,而且会影响养分的释放速率。包膜肥料的种类及性能,因养分种类、成膜材料和工艺不同而异。硫包尿素由熔融的硫喷涂在尿素顺较表面,然后再喷上用于阻塞硫衣微孔的密封胶层。其硫衣的厚薄可调节氮的释放速率.美、英等国用的硫包尿素,简称硫包尿(SCU),其成分为:尿素76%,含氮36%~38肠,硫成19%,石蜡3%,煤焦油0.25%.高岭土(调理剂)1 .5%.1961日本年制成的包膜高效化成肥料.其包腆材料为3份热硬化性酚树脂和1份滑石粉,包腆占7%~10%,包膜内肥料为硫酸钾磷按,粒径6~8奄米,按态氮初期溶出率为10%~30%,肥料在土城中释放的持续时间为30~90天.中国辽宁省盘偏农业科学研究所1973年制成的包膜粒状碳酸氢按为沥青石蜡混合物包被,包膜重量占6%,肥效持续时间5。~6。天,氮素利用率高者达75%.中国科学院南京土坡研究所制成的包腆粒状碳酸氢按,其包膜系在艘性介质下使钙镁碑肥和粒肥表面之间形成的磷酸镁按薄层,包膜物质有肥料价值,包膜粒状碳酸氢钱的肥效明显高于普通粒状碳酸氢按。
