狼山风景区狼山风景区位于南通城南六公里长江沿岸的狼山、军山、剑山、马鞍山、黄泥山（包括啬圆）合称狼山风景名胜区，是江苏省省级风景名胜区。这几座山虽不甚高，但在一马平川的江海平原上，却十分引人注目。它们玲珑娇小，秀丽多资，千百年来，为多少文人墨客所赞颂。宋代大书法家米元章游狼山，欣然命笔“第一山”；大文学家王安石游狼山后，也发出“遨游半是江湖里，始觉今朝眼界开”的赞叹。在山下，有鉴真东渡纪念馆、骆宾王衣冠冢、张謇墓--啬园等景点。狼山旅游度假区以此山水景观和历史人文景观为依托，正在建设一个融旅游、度假、娱乐、休闲、保健、会议、商务为一体的综合性旅游度假。狼山风光可分为山前山后两部分，山前以佛教禅寺为特色；山后以山石、岩洞为主体，寺院总称为广教禅寺，是全国重点寺院之一。广教寺建于唐总章年间，迄今已一千多年历史，殿宇雄丽，气势恢宏，因奉祀“大势至佛”被列为中国佛教八小名山之首g。狼山名胜古迹众多，法堂内陈列着艺术珍品十八高僧瓷砖壁画。拾级而上，金刚殿、大悲殿、藏经楼、三贤祠、葵竹山房，直至山颠的大观台、圆通宝殿、千年古塔、大圣殿栉比鳞次，加上星罗棋步、如珠宝串缀“平倭碑”、“白雅雨烈士墓”、初唐四杰之一的“骆宾王墓”以及康熙御书碑亭等令人目不暇接。北麓园在狼山北坡的悬崖之下，这里山石奇绝，峭壁兀立，有鬼斧神工之妙！狼山的峰、岩、洞、石属此处最负盛名。江边黄泥山与马鞍山以其奇特的地貌，峥嵘崛兀的山石，斧砍刀般的悬崖，雄视大江开阔的视野，使它格外为游人所垂青。龙爪岩在黄泥山的西首，这一带三面江水环抱，一壁青山屏立。这里也更是欣赏夕阳晚霞绝佳之处。
