牙本质粘接剂分子式:CAS号:性质:能与牙本质产生粘接力的材料。如含有亲水及疏水基团的丙烯酸酯类功能单体,它们可以渗入经预处理的牙本质小管、小管周围,随即固化,形成树脂增强的牙本质层。另一种如戊二醛和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯等,它可以与经乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)溶液预处理后的牙本质表面存在的胶原等有机质产生共聚合反应,从而亦能获得高的黏合强度。牙本质粘接剂主要用于复合树脂充填龋齿窝洞之前,洞壁牙本质层的预处理,以提高充填体的固位力,同时它可以封闭牙本质小管,以防止继续发生龋齿。
