六经辨证六经辨证中医辨证方法之一。以太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴来划分疾病的深浅及邪正盛衰的辨证方法之一。汉代张仲景在《素问·热论》等篇的基础上，结合伤寒病证的传变特点总结而成。适用于外感病的辨证。六经即太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴。六经病证即太阳病、阳明病、少阳病、太阴病、少阴病、厥阴病，是六经所属脏腑经络的病理变化反映于临床的各种证候。六经辨证即以六经病证作为辨证论治的纲领，概括脏腑、经络、气血的生理功能和病理变化，用以说明病变部位、性质，正邪的盛衰，病势的趋向，以及六经病之间的传变关系。六经病证从病变部位上讲，太阳病主表，阳明病主里，少阳病主半表半里，而三阴病统属于里。三阳病证以六腑的病变为基础，三阴病证以五脏的病变为基础。所以说六经病证实际上基本概括了脏腑和十二经脉的病变。但由于六经辨证的重点，在于分析外感风寒引起的一系列的病理变化及其传变规律，因而不能等于内伤杂病的脏腑辨证。从病变的性质与邪正的关系看，三阳病多热，三阴病多寒；三阳病多实、三阴病多虚。可见，六经辨证也寓有八纲辨证的思想。六经病证是经络脏腑病理变化的反映，而经络脏腑是相互联系的整体，故某一经的病变，很可能影响到另一经。所以六经病有相互传变的证候。其传变规律有传经、合病、并病、直中等。病邪从外侵入，逐渐向里传播，由这一经的证候转变为另一经的证候，称为传经。传经与否，主要取决于受邪的轻重、病体的强弱和治疗得当与否。传经的一般规律有：①循经传。就是按六经次序相传，如太阳→阳明→少阳→太阴→少阴→厥阴，或太阳→少阳→阳明→太阴→少阴→厥阴。②越经传。不按上述循经次序，而是隔一经或隔两经相传，如太阳病不愈，不传少阳而传阳明或太阴。③表里传。是互为表里的两经相传，如太阳传少阴。两经病或三经病同时发生的为合病，例如太阳病伤寒证或中风证与阳明病同时出现，为“太阳阳明合病”。凡一经之病，治不彻底；或一经之证未罢，又见他经证候的，称为并病。例如太阳病发汗不彻，因而转属阳明，为太阳阳明并病。凡病邪初起不从阳经传入，而经中阴经，表现出三阴经证候的为直中。尚有里邪出表，由阴转阳的传变方式、为正气渐复，病有向愈的征象。运用六经辨证，能正确地掌握外感病发展变化的规律，在治疗上其有重要的指导作用。六经病证的治疗原则，三阳病重在祛邪，三阴病重在扶正。
