PAL分子式:CAS号:性质:又称吡哆醛磷酸酯,脱羧辅酶。含1分子结晶水产品为针状(微黄色)结晶。无水物为微黄或淡黄色粉末,无臭。熔点250℃(分解)。溶于水,稍溶于甲醇,微溶于乙醇,不溶于乙醚、氯仿。不论固体还是液体,对光照都不稳定。制备路线如下:磷酸吡哆醛和磷酸吡哆胺都是维生素B6在体内的活性形式,即是转氨酶类、脱羧酶类、半胱氨酸脱硫酶等的辅酶,对蛋白质或氨基酸的代谢起十分重要的作用。在临床上主要用于皮肤科疾病,如急、慢性湿疹,脂溢性湿疹,荨麻疹,皮炎、糙皮病,婴儿湿疹,皮肤瘙痒症,婴儿苔癣,水疱疹,红皮症,口角炎等,其他的如肝功能障碍症、过敏性疾病、神经炎、妊娠呕吐、药物性白细胞减少症等。也广泛地应用于组织培养和生化试剂。
