Position Name:UI Artist

Reporting Line:Manager Artist

Job brief:We are looking for a Highly self-motivated and self-organized UI/UX Artist enthusiasts who have the passion to create exceptional Artwork. You will be joining a team, contributing to all aspects of the creative gaming art production pipeline from concept through pre-production, production till post-production.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Art manager and Producers.

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flow-chart, and Mockup.

• Design graphic user interface layouts, elements, like menus, buttons, tabs, and widgets…

• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how games function and look like.

• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)

• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

• Conduct layout adjustments based on feedback.

• Create style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Requirements:

• 5+ years Professional Job Experience.

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

• Portfolio of design projects

• Knowledge of Art Foundations (e.g. Perspective, Composition, Color, and Sketch)

• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

• Demonstrated understanding of game production and understanding the related art Assets involved.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to give constructive feedback and art critique.

• Bachelor’s degree in art/sequential art or equivalent.

• Basic animation knowledge.

• After Effects, Spine and Unity knowledge is a Plus.

• Basic English read and written communication.

• Storyboards, Character Rigging, Blocking, Animation Motion, Lighting, Camera Setup, Rendering, Composting, and VFX.

• Photoshop, AE, AI, Spine, Blender or 3D MAX or MAYA or C4D.Unity Particle System.

• AE Plugging: Video Copilot: Element 3D, Optical Flares(most use), Saber(most use); RG Trapcode (most use); RG VFX

• Import Art resources into the game engine. (Unity)

Requirements:
