解决办法：
从此路径C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\bin\x86复制
rc.exe rcdll.dll
两个文件
到另一个路径下
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\bin
