不知道楼主的SimaticNet是什么版本，但是从6.2版本开始就已经支持了，可能是楼主对系统打了SP补丁包

要安装SimaticNet才会出现“PCinternal(local)"

“PCinternal(local)"是只有WinLC、SimaticNet、Step7软件都在同一台机器上时才选用，按照楼主说的用另一台XP的的STEP7下载程序的话，需要使用另一种接口，我自己做的时候是SimaticNet与WinLC在同一机器上，Step7在自己的调试用机中，SimaticNet还要组态出IEGeneral(不是内嵌在WinLC插槽中的那种，如果想插在WinLC的内嵌插槽中，需要特殊网卡)，注意IP地址，SimaticNet与Step7中的站点名、组态要一致。Step7的PC/PG接口选用TCP，即可监控、下载
