进入后台栏目 =》增加自定义页面 =》选择直接页面，页面名称为：网站地图，文件名修改为 …/…/sitemap.xml

系统 =》计划任务 =》 管理计划任务 =》 刷新自定页面 =》
注意执行时间设置：
因为自定刷新会影响网站性能！
所以你算好时间，我当时是在下午的15:30设置的。然后我设置是12小时候后是凌晨3:00+24小时候=720分钟；所以每隔一天自动刷新一次
