char-set-server=utf8 （数据库服务器端字符集，mysql编码中无utf-8而是utf8）
basedir 路径（路径填mysql的解压路径就好了，我的是basedir ="D:\Program Files\mysql-5.6.24-winx64/"，后面有一样的直接替换就好了，data之类的文件夹没有的需要自己新建）
