Be Thankful
At the start of a new year, many people want to make changes in their lives. They set goals and think of ways to reach them. Some people want to make physical changes and become thinner or healthier. But other people realize they need to change their thoughts. They need to stop thinking negative thoughts and start thinking positive thoughts. They need to stop complaining and start being thankful.
